No. An occupying power does not have the right to defend itself. Only Gaza had the right to resist by any means against occupation. This is international law.
Unlike israel, Iran actually has the right to defend itself.
Every country has the right to defend itself. It’s the overreacting by committing genocide that’s not a right.
Does Russia have “the right to defend itself” in occupied Ukrainian territories? No.
