Almost completely blind. It seems he can still see some shapes or shadows, but only during the day.

Oh yeah, he a big ol’ softy with people.
Based on our sample size of 2, I can confidently state that all cats with a wonky eye love people.
Can he wear an eyepatch and a pirate hat?
