Jan 6th benefits trump, torching teslas doesn’t. His doj won’t apply the laws equally, the rule of law is long dead in the US.

If the law is arbitrary then everything is legal.
I see it differently. If the law is arbitrary, only the things the leader wants its legal.
Legal becomes a meaningless term then. If we can define words however I want my definition is equal.
Pardons don’t make the crime they committed legal.
